Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders within 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is placed.  

Shipping times typically range from 3 - 7 business days depending on your location. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Please note:  

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. 

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.  

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@earthtemplefoods.com  and we will gladly make it right.

For unopened and unused items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
